We get a lot of first-time shoppers in our store. We LOVE helping these girls try on their first wedding dress. Many girls don't have any idea what they want in a wedding gown, which is why we suggest trying on a few dresses in each cut and style. It's hard to tell how a dress will look like on you unless you put it on. Picking a wedding dress can be very overwhelming. We try to educate each bride about different bridal terms that they may not be familiar with. Recently I've helped several brides who weren't familiar with what I thought were the most basic of terms. To better help the new brides understand the world of bridal fashion we've added a Bridal Terminology page to our blog. Here you can find some of the most common terms we use in our store along with some pictures to help you better understand what it is we're talking about.
